A | (ECNS) -- The 2026 ASEAN Film Festival kicked off in Hong Kong on Thursday. It features over 30 free screenings at multiple local venues through to Sept. 27. Co-hosted by the Hong Kong-ASEAN Foundation and the Cultural the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency (CCIDAHK), Cultural and Tourism Bureau, this year’s edition marks the first participation of Timor-Leste, which brings a collection of intangible cultural heritage short films centred on music.
